The weather could not have been better for video photography – clear air and some dramatic fluffy clouds. Add a photogenic location; the airfield sits on an ‘amphitheatre’ so the surrounding hills and trees give the effect of ultra-low flying. Top that with a fabulous line up of display items – Red Arrows, Vulcan, Lancaster, Spitfires, Hurricanes, ‘Wingsuit’ Man, world class aerobatics, plus a classic car feature.
Unique aircraft pairings included Hunter Sea Fury, Hunter Meteor and Apache/Sopwith Triplane to commemmorate the 100th Anniversary of the formation of the Royal Flying Corps.
This will be one of the best airshow DVDs that PlanesTV will ever have made.
